Visit Doctor On Demand® Telehealth: Online Doctors Available 24/7
1. Register or Sign-in to your Dr. On Demand account
2. Type or select HealthEZ from the Health Plan/Insurance drop down menu
3. Enter your Subscriber ID Number in the "Member ID" field and your Group Number in the "Group ID" field from the front of your HealthEZ ID Card
4. Click Submit
